Fully automated and secure quality control
The Chronometry Cell allows you to adjust and control the performance of a mechanical movement or a watch head. The tests are fully configurable for each type of part depending on the measuring devices installed. The powerful scheduler can handle several different tests in parallel. The cell acts as a secure cabinet in which the parts under test cannot be touched until the end of the cycle. The parts only come out at the end of the test. On request, out-of-tolerance parts can be brought out earlier. All results are saved in the local database. Using the machine is easy, thanks to its efficient and intuitive HMI interface. Integration within a factory is facilitated by the careful design and compactness of the cell. The modular construction allows customization (loading/unloading) according to needs.
