access the personal data that we process about you (i.e. the right of access), subject to our overriding interest in restricting access to certain personal data;
ask us to modify or update incorrect personal data, this modification request has no retroactive effect;
request the deletion of personal data that we process, subject to personal data that we are legally obliged to keep (for example, accounting data) or that we have a primary interest in keeping (for example, in order to be able to defend our rights in the event of a dispute). This request for deletion does not have retroactive effect.

Access request and data portability
As part of an access request, we undertake to provide the digitized personal data to the data subject in a usual electronic format (i.e. data portability). Unless the User requests its deletion, we will keep your Personal Data for up to 3 years after your last use of the Services, subject to a legal obligation or in the best interest of Lecureux SA to keep the Personal Data ( in order to be able to defend our rights in the event of a dispute, for example).

In the aforementioned cases where we can retain personal data for a longer period after your last use of the services, the retention period depends on legal requirements and / or the limitation of possible legal actions.

 

Amicable conflict resolution clause
